    Protection of staff

    in Practical Measures

Something to definitely consider is the aspect of allowing social distancing for staff as well.

Clients will have to consider that breakouts for example or smaller conferences will need to reduce in size not just for their delegates to sit further apart, but also for the crew to sit further apart behind the scenes.

A friend of mine drew something up for a small hotel ball room, but it shows the effects of what the social distancing might mean BOH for comms and everyone working together.

Another element to look at is how we protect our ambassadors that might be right on the front lines of an event. Would glass or acrylic boxes work where ambassadors could stand in protected from the delegates to still provide a smiling face and also be able to provide information? Obviously ventilated and disinfected if there is a change in staff. Sort of human information points, just more protected and their faces not covered by masks.
