What information/questions do you see being required on your registration pages now? i.e. "please list all countries/states you have visited in the last 2 months"?
How much can you ask without breaching GDPR or other privacy and data laws? And how long would you want to keep this information?
Hi Amandeep, I think we will also need to make changes to cancellation policies for paid events, and how clear they are on our websites. At the moment, we only provide a full refund up until 30 days pre-event, but what if attendees need to self-isolate at short notice? Morally, I feel we should be returning their money. What does that do to revenue?!
I've been thinking about this too - what does it do for the PR of the company/client if we have to turn someone away (because they didn't pass an onsite health screening) and we rely on T&Cs to not refund them? Definitely feels wrong and immoral to keep that fee
Is it also something to consider as to how much of the common T&Cs we will have to scale up to have delegates approve of individual elements? "Your temperature will be checked on site" "You will not be granted access if you are displaying symptoms" etc...?
